These Terms of Service govern your use of SMS Forwarder operated by MOV DIGITAL LTD. By using the app, you agree to these terms.
1. Acceptance
By using the App, you confirm that:
- You are at least 13 years old
- You have legal capacity to enter these Terms
- You will comply with all applicable laws
2. Service Description
SMS Forwarder allows you to forward incoming SMS messages to:
- Email addresses
- Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams
- Custom webhooks
3. Account
No account is required. All configuration is stored locally. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining device security
- Keeping credentials confidential
- All activities through configured destinations
4. Pricing and Subscriptions
The App offers basic features free of charge. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:
Available Plans:
- Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week
- Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial)
Premium Features:
- Unlimited forwarding destinations
- Full sender information display
- Priority message forwarding
- Ad-free experience
Free Trial:
The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.
Auto-Renewal:
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
- Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions)
Cancellation:
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.
5. Acceptable Use
Permitted:
- Forward your own SMS messages
- Set up automated routing for personal or business use
Prohibited:
- Forward messages without required consent
- Illegal activities or spam
- Reverse engineering the App
- Harassment or unauthorized surveillance
6. Intellectual Property
SMS Forwarder and its content are owned by MOV DIGITAL LTD. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license for personal or business use.
7. Disclaimers
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not guarantee:
- Successful message delivery
- Uninterrupted service
- Third-party service availability
8. Limitation of Liability
MOV DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Maximum liability is limited to $50 USD or amounts paid in the prior 12 months.
9. Termination
You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling. We may terminate access if you breach these Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Istanbul.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use constitutes acceptance.
