End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is between you and MOV DIGITAL LTD for the use of SMS Forwarder.

1. Acknowledgment

This Agreement is between you and MOV DIGITAL LTD only, not with Apple Inc. MOV DIGITAL LTD is solely responsible for the App and its content.

2. License Grant

MOV DIGITAL LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

Download and install the App on devices you own or control
Use the App for personal or internal business purposes

3. Restrictions

You may not:

Distribute or make the App available over a network
Rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the App
Reverse-engineer, disassemble, or modify the App
Remove proprietary notices

4. App Description

SMS Forwarder forwards incoming SMS to Email, Telegram, Slack, Discord, Microsoft Teams, WhatsApp, and custom webhooks. Requires iOS 17.0+ and Apple Shortcuts.

5. Data Collection

We collect anonymized usage data via Firebase Analytics. See our Privacy Policy for details.

6. Pricing and Subscriptions

The App offers basic features free of charge. Premium features are available through auto-renewable subscriptions:

Available Plans:

Weekly Plan: $4.99 per week
Yearly Plan: $39.99 per year (includes 3-day free trial)

Premium Features:

Unlimited forwarding destinations
Full sender information display
Priority message forwarding
Ad-free experience

Free Trial:

The yearly subscription includes a 3-day free trial. If you do not cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription.

Auto-Renewal:

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
Your Apple ID account will be charged within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings (Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions)

Cancellation:

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial subscription periods.

7. Intellectual Property

The App and all copies are proprietary to MOV DIGITAL LTD. "SMS Forwarder" is a trademark of MOV DIGITAL LTD.

8. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services. Your use is subject to their terms. Integration does not imply endorsement.

9. Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. You may terminate by deleting the App. We may terminate if you breach the Agreement.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY. We disclaim all warranties including merchantability, fitness for purpose, and non-infringement.

11. Limitation of Liability

MOV DIGITAL LTD shall not be liable for any damages. Maximum liability is $50 USD or amounts paid in the prior 12 months.

12. Support

MOV DIGITAL LTD provides maintenance and support. Apple has no obligation for support.

13. Legal Compliance

You represent that you are not in a U.S. embargoed country or on any prohibited party list.

14. Third-Party Beneficiary

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries with the right to enforce this Agreement.

15. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of Turkey. Disputes resolved through arbitration in Istanbul.
