How to forward text messages to Email?

Email forwarding is the simplest way to receive your SMS messages on any device. Whether you want to archive important messages, share notifications with colleagues, or just have a backup of your texts, email forwarding has you covered. You can add multiple email addresses to receive messages simultaneously.
Open SMS Forwarder

Launch the SMS Forwarder app on your iPhone and tap the + button to add a new destination.
Select Email

Choose Email from the list of available destination types.
Enter Email Address

Type the email address where you want to receive SMS messages. Make sure to enter a valid email format.

Want to send to multiple addresses? Tap Add Another Email to add additional recipients. You can add as many as you need.
Save and Test

Tap Save to create your destination. Use the Test button to send a test email and verify everything works correctly.

Troubleshooting
Email not received
Check your spam/junk folder. Add our sender address to your contacts or safe senders list to prevent future emails from being filtered.
Invalid email error
Make sure you entered a valid email format (e.g., [email protected]). Check for typos or extra spaces.
Delayed emails
Email delivery can sometimes take a few minutes depending on your email provider. If delays persist, try a different email address.
Can't add more than one email
Make sure each email is valid before adding another. Tap 'Add Another Email' after entering the first address.
